I have to give my father the credit for getting me started with computers. In 1994 he spent over $2000 dollars and purchased an Apple IIe computer with dual 5.25" floppy drives and a color dot-matrix printer. Software of the day like Broderbund's Dazzle Draw and games like The Bards Tale were the beginning of my constant obsession into the computer world.
My 10+ years in management gives me the skills to provide great customer service and one-on-one support. I will conduct myself professionally with a fun attitude. Note to myself... get a new hat.
